'1 Chicken RPG Maker Contest' is a game jam competition that utilizes the RPG Maker program to create a game within the constraints of a set timeframe and suggested keyword. This competition has a great reputation among RPG Maker users, and has been crowdfunded consistently every time it has been held, and has collaborated with YouTubers and streamers.
I was the one who came up with the idea for the first competition, and I've been helping out as much as I can with the visuals for each one. The first logo I created used an intuitive composition with bold lines and saturated colors to convey both the lightheartedness of the competition and the constraints of a single location at once, so that participants wouldn't feel overwhelmed. When the rules for the venue were revised, I responded with variations on the previous logo. I also designed the website that hosts the competition and introduces the community, and then worked with an outside developer to develop it myself.
Since I transferred the intellectual property rights of all graphic assets to the client, the site has been moved to Wordpress and the client edits the resource, but the basic design and organization has been maintained to this day.
